Before you proceed to ILIAS you accept the following Terms of Service.
Welcome to the SURLABS Trial Platform for SURContext and SURAgent.
By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms of Use.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Trial Service Description
The platform provides registered users with access to a temporary trial environment for SURContext and SURAgent for evaluation prior to purchase and installation in the user’s own systems.
The trial is provided free of charge unless stated otherwise, and is not intended for production use.
3. Registration and Account Security
You must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and all activities performed under your account.
We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms or remain inactive for an extended period.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
attempt unauthorized access to the platform, other accounts, or related systems;
disrupt or overload the platform (e.g., automated abuse, unauthorized load testing, malware);
use the platform for unlawful purposes or to infringe third-party rights;
upload, store, or process sensitive personal data or confidential information.
Important: The trial environment may be reset or deleted. Do not rely on it for data storage.
5. Trial Limitations
The trial is time-limited and may be terminated or extended at SURLABS’ discretion.
Features may be limited compared to the purchased product.
The platform is provided on a “best effort” basis and may experience interruptions.
6. License and Intellectual Property
SURContext and SURAgent are proprietary, licensed products.
SURLABS grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the trial platform solely for evaluation purposes during the trial period.
You may not (except to the extent permitted by mandatory law):
copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, sublicense, or make available the software or trial environment;
reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code;
remove or alter proprietary notices or security features.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved by SURLABS and its licensors. Third-party components (if any) may be subject to their own license terms.
7. Data Protection and Privacy
The platform is hosted in the European Union and processed in compliance with the GDPR and applicable EU data protection rules.
We process account data and technical logs as necessary to provide, secure, and improve the service.
We do not sell personal data and do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may use trusted service providers acting as processors (e.g., hosting) under appropriate agreements.
8. Changes, Suspension, and Termination
SURLABS may modify, suspend, or discontinue the platform (in whole or in part) at any time, including resetting trial data, for security, maintenance, or business reasons. We may terminate access if these Terms are violated.
9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SURLABS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential damages, or loss of data arising from the use or inability to use the platform.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Seville (Spain), unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
